The Anchorage area went from winter to summer in one giant leap. Two weeks ago we had snow; all last week we had 65*F and sunshine. Today we take a breather with some refreshing, cooling rain.

No worries. When it rains at the our cabin, we just move indoors next to the fireplace. The big, open windows let in an abundance of light, the teapot is at hand, and we’ve plenty of time to paint our scarves.

There aren’t many Alaskan summer activities that are equally comfortable in either sunshine or rain, but we’re all set either way. Come relax and create. See you soon.
